We are seeking experienced professionals to join our oncology team as we embark on a significant growth and development phase.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years post graduate experience in acute nursing is required, along with recent experience in chemotherapy administration and management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A current driver's license is necessary for travel to patient locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing and examining patients, documenting assessment findings.
  • Assessing and documenting the anticipated needs of patients.
  • Making relevant referrals as needed.
  • Documenting planned nursing care and ensuring care plans remain up-to-date.
  • Coordinating and delegating duties to Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Attendants, considering patient needs and acuity.
  • Performing planned direct nursing care, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.

This is a flexible opportunity offering a variety of shifts from Monday to Friday, visiting patients between 8am and 4pm.
