Responsibilities- Lead the team in planning and executing strategies that align with our organizational goals.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners.
- A current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Nurse Immuniser qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build a highly engaged team culture.
- Strong knowledge of clinical processes and healthcare systems.
- Skilled in staff development, capability frameworks, and workplace-based learning.
