Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Nuclear Medicine professional to lead our department with expertise and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Nuclear Medicine Department, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive the success of our joint venture.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence within the team and promoting continuous improvement in all aspects of practice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Model SKG's Code of Conduct in all interactions and decisions.

Requirements

  • Advanced Nuclear Medicine qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in various modalities.
  • Current registration with AHPRA - Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
  • Current Radioactive Substances licence from the relevant authority.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Effective time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent computer literacy and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and effective written and oral communication.
  • Able to consult and network with internal and external stakeholders.
