Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Nuclear Medicine professional to lead our department with expertise and vision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our Nuclear Medicine Department, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive the success of our joint venture.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence within the team and promoting continuous improvement in all aspects of practice.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Model SKG's Code of Conduct in all interactions and decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced Nuclear Medicine qualifications or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in various modalities.
- Current registration with AHPRA - Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
- Current Radioactive Substances licence from the relevant authority.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Effective time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Excellent computer literacy and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and effective written and oral communication.
- Able to consult and network with internal and external stakeholders.
