About Us

We are a high-performing boutique firm offering an excellent opportunity for junior/mid-level litigators to work on complex commercial disputes.

This role is ideal for smart, driven, and down-to-earth commercial litigation lawyers who value both quality work and a collaborative team culture. We have a broad commercial litigation practice, and you will be involved in aspects of competition and consumer law, including advisory matters, regulatory investigations, and enforcement action.

  • Represent clients in dealings with regulators such as the ACCC, ASIC, and OAIC.
  • Act for regulators in significant enforcement proceedings.
  • Work on high-profile matters, including class actions, insolvency litigation, and regulatory investigations.
  • Develop your litigation expertise working on complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Representing private clients in dealings with regulators.
  2. Acting for regulators in significant enforcement proceedings.
  3. Working on high-profile matters, including class actions, insolvency litigation, and regulatory investigations.
  4. Developing your litigation expertise in a collaborative team environment.
