Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Expert

\We seek a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in upholding our core values and contributing to our collective success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our Aboriginal cultural heritage and Native Title Agreement commitments are effectively implemented across our Australian operations, with a particular focus on the Kalgoorlie Production Centre.\

  • We operate on a FIFO basis from Perth to Kalgoorlie, following a 4/3 roster.\
  • This position requires experience of at least 7 years in community development, cultural heritage or stakeholder engagement, preferably within the resources sector.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to maintain positive relationships in complex and challenging environments, especially with Aboriginal and Torres Strait communities.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential to deliver solutions across the business.\
  • Discretion and respect are required when working in culturally diverse settings.\
  • Multitasking, organisation and prioritisation of multiple projects under tight deadlines are also essential.\

    • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with Traditional Owners.\
    • Serve as the senior liaison for day-to-day interactions between the company and Traditional Owners.\
