Home Care Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as home care assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care that supports clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in aged care or a related field.
  • Experience working with older adults or people with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current first aid certification.
