Project Engineering Role

The successful applicant will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of this landmark multistorey residential new build project. This involves working closely with the project management team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

  • Collaborate with project management teams to drive projects forward.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site walk-throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers to ensure project success.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any project-related challenges.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
