About the Role

The successful candidate will be required to consistently follow our high standards of customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures to ensure that our guests' experience is always the best it can be.
This role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of menu items accurately, neatly and in a time-efficient fashion.
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Providing a friendly, high-quality customer experience to each guest.
- Understanding and articulating our brand with integrity.

- Ability to exhibit a cheerful, hardworking and helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to cooperate as part of a team and foster positive work relationships with all colleagues.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
Requirements:
- Casual position available.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including afternoons, days, evenings, weekends and rotating roster.
