About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled lawyer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our construction practice. You will be responsible for working on a variety of matters, including commercial contracting, dispute resolution, and advisory legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in the construction and building industry
  • Work closely with our Partner to develop and implement legal strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a construction lawyer
  • Strong technical legal ability and a genuine interest in working in the construction and infrastructure sector
  • Client-focused approach with a deep understanding of commercial drivers
  • Exceptional drafting skills
  • Independent thinker with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Commercially minded with motivation to grow and develop into an exceptional lawyer
