Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

This role offers a chance to work as a senior rehabilitation consultant with a national boutique provider delivering best in industry injury management; disability management and occupational rehabilitation services.
Our team is rapidly expanding throughout Victoria, and we are seeking experienced consultants who can undertake rehabilitation assessment and case management services across various jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking rehabilitation assessments and developing personalized plans for clients.
- Providing exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage client relationships.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve sustainable health, social, and return-to-work outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- AHRPA accredited Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist/EssA approved Exercise Physiologist qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within the occupational rehabilitation/RTW sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working with TAC (Victoria's Transport Accident Commission) is preferred.
