Pullman Magenta Shores Resort is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and Tuggerah Lake, set on 52 acres with a focus on complementing its location featuring coastal flora and fauna.

This is an opportunity to join our diverse housekeeping team. As a key member, you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Cleaning guest rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors to high standards for guest arrivals and room moves.
  • Ensuring all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities, advertising material.
  • Refilling, replacing, and storing towels and linen correctly.
  • Performing basic maintenance, reporting and coordinating major maintenance requirements.
  • Reporting lost property following hotel procedures.
  • Maintaining equipment used and stored correctly.
  • Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices.

A friendly customer-focused attitude with a drive to provide total customer satisfaction. Initiative to ensure positive and efficient interactions with customers. A good eye for detail and previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience. Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and presentation.

**Key Requirements**

  • Residential cleaning experience (1 year preferred).
  • Full Driver License (preferred).
  • Australia Work Authorisation required.
  • Ability to commute to Magenta NSW 2261.

Schedule: Day shift, rotating roster, weekend availability.
