Lead Educator (2.5-3 Year Old Group)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Educator to join our team in a brand-new 85-place early learning service. This opportunity would suit a Diploma qualified Educator with some leadership experience or traits.

This role involves leading a small group of 2.5-3-year-olds, supported by experienced and passionate Educators. Our client's philosophy is promoting children's interests through play-based learning. The Reggio-inspired curriculum integrates literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence and language development into a typical week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating, positive and fun environment for the children, ensuring learning and development are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

  • Making children laugh while learning
  • Create a stimulating, positive and fun environment for the children
  • Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
  • Writing observations and analysing children's progression and development

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, have previous experience as a room leader/educational leader, and use their coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices.
