Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves working autonomously on a caseload of clients, providing home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions.


About the Role
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized therapy programs to improve daily routines, independence in personal care skills, domestic skills, community skills, and sensory requirements
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide support for clients and refer to appropriate services as required
  • Review therapy programs to follow up on progress and results achieved

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' homes and environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
