This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for managing paid activity across Google and Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies tailored to each brand's unique goals and objectives.\
  • Planning, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google and Meta to ensure maximum ROI.\
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the team to brief, create, and test ad creatives that grab attention and convert.\
  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics in real-time to continually optimise campaigns for peak efficiency.\
  • Test relentlessly from creatives to audience targeting and landing pages to identify the winning combinations that maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

\
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media marketing.\
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn for campaign setup, management, and optimisation.\
  • Experience in Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.\
  • Keyword research skills, with experience using tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
