Job Description

The Delivery Coordinator is a pivotal role in the organization, responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of vehicles from order placement to settlement and lease activation.

This includes preparing and managing accurate settlement documentation, liaising with dealerships to track vehicle orders, arranging mechanical inspections, and managing client trade-ins.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and experience in fleet management or novated leasing (desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of vehicles
  • Prepare and manage accurate settlement documentation
  • Liaise with dealerships to track vehicle orders
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience in fleet management or novated leasing (desirable)
