This role plays a vital part in driving business success by leveraging a strategic business partnering approach to attract, grow, and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include partner management, recruitment management, employer branding, talent pipeline building, candidate support, coaching, and talent development and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising to hiring decisions, while ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Build talent pipelines through targeted networking and industry engagement.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Counsel managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Oversight of talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaboration with HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.

Your Profile
We seek a highly motivated HR professional with exceptional customer service skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and experience in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and HR systems (Workday as an advantage). The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources and possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work proactively and independently.
