We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans to improve return to work outcomes
• Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Provide case management and support to injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to facilitate successful return to work outcomes
• Work across various schemes, including workers' compensation and employer-funded injury prevention programs
• Develop and deliver education programs to promote injury prevention and workplace wellness

• Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and empathy for individuals with injuries or health conditions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
