The OpportunityWe are looking for a skilled Project Support Officer to join our collaborative, supportive, and trusted group.
What you'll do:- Monitor and report on project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved plans
- Update documentation on issues, risks, and practices to ensure project compliance
- Assist the project team in completing tasks and implementing plans to achieve outcomes
- Communicate with stakeholders about project status and issues
- Provide secretariat and administrative services to support project delivery
- Qualification in administration and/or project management
- Experience in a project support role
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize independently
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in secretariat and administrative services
- Project Management certification is desirable
