Cardiac Technologist

About the Role

Nepean Private Hospital is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cardiac Technologist to join our close-knit Cath Lab team on a casual basis. As a Cardiac Technologist, you will collaborate with the Cath Lab team on Electrophysiology studies, RFA, and Pulsed/Cryo ablation procedures, coronary angiograms, pacemakers, Echo, and TOE. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Cath Lab team, leading quality improvement and safety management projects, and working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on Electrophysiology studies, RFA, and Pulsed/Cryo ablation procedures, coronary angiograms, pacemakers, Echo, and TOE
- Lead successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs

Requirements

- Suitably qualified Cardiac Technologists with CEPIA or equivalent courses
- Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in Cath Lab with electrophysiology settings
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
