We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care to older members of our community in the comfort of their own home.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing.
- As a care professional, you will assist with daily living activities such as general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support.
- You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their goals.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Are able to build strong relationships with clients and their families, and communicate effectively to understand their needs.
- Care about assisting older adults to live independently at home for longer, and are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen.
In addition, you will need:
- An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).
As a care professional, you will be responsible for providing our clients with home help services, including:
- General housekeeping and making beds.
- Cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Washing, folding, and ironing laundry.
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications and advance your career.
