Position: Picker and Packer with EPJ

Labourforce is actively seeking skilled individuals for picking and packing roles within a refrigerated warehouse environment. These positions require physical stamina and a fast-paced work ethic. Comprehensive training will be provided to all new employees. Our facility offers numerous benefits, including access to on-site physiotherapy services. Experience with Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) is a plus for applicants.

Available Shifts:

Both morning and evening shifts are offered, with flexibility in scheduling across the week (minimum of 4 days required).

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to the workplace
  • Comfortable working in cold storage areas
  • Must pass drug and medical screenings
  • Ability to lift weights exceeding 10kg repeatedly
  • Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods (20,000+ steps per shift)
  • Immediate availability is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently picking and packing using EPJ
  • General warehouse duties
  • Pallet wrapping
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
  • Participating in basic training and internal skill development
