We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our team.

This diverse and exciting position offers a chance to use your clinical skills in varied occupation-centred work, including ADL and VOC assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing workers with physical and psychological injuries to determine the best way to help them get back to work.
  • Completing workplace assessments to identify physical and psychological demands of roles and develop tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Completing Activities of Daily Living Assessments including coordinating services and equipment prescription.

  • You'll collaborate with and oversee other practitioners, taking ultimate responsibility for delivering injury prevention services.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A can-do work ethic and positive mindset.
  • A flexible and proactive nature.
