Small Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Small Business Relationship Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and deepening relationships with small businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop business opportunities within your assigned coverage area. You will work closely with our retail branch teams to communicate topical issues and jointly develop the Axiom Bank brand in the local community.

You will also direct sales initiatives and develop effective strategies to achieve revenue goals for loans, deposits, and overall profitability. Your proven track record in sales and relationship management will be crucial in driving our success.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should be passionate about providing comprehensive financial solutions and have a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct sales initiatives and develop effective strategies to achieve revenue goals for loans, deposits, and overall profitability.
  • Identify and develop small business credit (up to $1 million), deposit, and treasury management opportunities within the assigned coverage area.
  • Routinely contact prospective, existing, and assigned clients to develop relationships and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Retail branch teams to communicate topical issues, review small business prospect and relationship opportunities, and jointly develop the bank brand in the local community.
