Your Role
  • You'll be responsible for providing market analysis and financial modeling support to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models for retail assets
  • Preparing high-quality submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
  • Coordinating technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking
  • Researching market trends and maintaining key data sources
  • Supporting the development of new business opportunities
  • Attending client meetings and preparing campaign progress reports
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the Australian retail property market
