About the Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative professional to join our Huggies brand team as an Assistant Brand Manager.

This role will play a critical part in driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and implementing effective brand building activities for Huggies.

  • This role will support the development and implementation of strategic plans and brand building activities for Huggies.
  • You'll be responsible for delivering engaging content across all digital channels, with a focus on social media.
  • You'll play a critical part in delivering key innovation/new product development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including communication across digital, social, in-store, search and sampling.
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing Manager to develop shopper activations.
  • Lead the New Product Development process, including developing a 3-year strategic innovation roadmap.
  • Manage queries across the Huggies brand portfolio.
  • Achieve financial and market share targets for the Huggies brand.
  • Monitor market performance, brand performance against KPIs, budget tracking.
  • Work closely cross-functionally across Australia and New Zealand, building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
