Job Description

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional childcare services. They will be responsible for implementing effective programs, monitoring behaviour and ratios, and fostering positive relationships with children and their parents.

The successful applicant must possess strong organisational skills, a natural ability to communicate effectively, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young minds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to hold an ACECQA approved diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. A proven track record of working with children and families is also essential.

As an Assistant Educator, you should have a natural desire to help children develop and learn while kick-starting your career in the children services industry.
