Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to promote tennis growth in local government areas.

This involves building relationships with councils, local governments, and other stakeholders to influence and drive change. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with councils and key stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular reviews and analyses of data to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in regional planning.
  • Identifying opportunities for funding, facility improvement, and program support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Sports Management or a related field (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to evoke cooperation from stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
