Employment Opportunity: Apprentice Barber/Barber

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled individual to join our team as an apprentice barber/barber. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your skills and expertise in the field of barbering.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and identifying common interests.
  • Educating clients on suitable hair types and styles, and providing guidance on how to achieve their desired look.
  • Assisting other barbers during peak periods, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and shop environment, and adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Participating in training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • High level of reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to being on time and ready to work.
