Christmas Casuals Retail Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Bonds Launceston Outlet as Christmas Casuals.
This is a casual role that requires flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods. The successful candidates will be required to work from November 2024 to January 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and help customers locate items
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
- Create a magical shopping experience for customers during the holiday season
- Participate in induction and training to develop skills and knowledge
- You have a passion for working with people and providing excellent customer service
- You are able to multitask and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- You are adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
