About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Team Member at our Peats Ridge facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed production and process equipment on our water processing, bottling, and cooler refurbishment lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and sanitizing the production area
  • Start-up and shutdown CIP & COP routines
  • Rotation between various activities such as robot loading with forklift, visual inspection of bottles, QC testing, and water cooler refurbishment
  • Monitoring production steps, resolving and escalating issues that impact production targets and food safety and quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred; experience in the beverage manufacturing industry will be an advantage)
  • Demonstration of collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Package)
  • Forklift license ideal, or willingness to get one
  • Hands-on team player who likes to work across various different roles
