Key Financial Insights Analyst Role

This position plays a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, conducting performance analysis, and developing financial models to inform budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

  • Deliver precise financial insights and reporting
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with business objectives
  • Monitor and enhance key financial metrics
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness
  • Develop and maintain financial models
  • Analyse monthly financial results and variances
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with departments on financial intelligence
About You
  • Proven experience in professional accounting with strong commercial acumen
  • Skilled in business analysis and aligning financial insights with strategic objectives
  • Confident communicator with excellent report writing and storytelling skills
  • Quick to grasp complex systems, processes, and business requirements
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work as part of a team, develop and maintain key relationships and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, produce high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
  • A high attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
  • Critical thinker with an investigative nature, a problem-solving mindset, and an analytical approach to work

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills, with the ability to dive deep into data sets
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, data modelling and dashboard creation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Commerce, plus CA/CPA qualification
  • Collaborative approach, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
