About the Role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and facilitation of the system-wide Quarterly Forecasting Parameter Process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead and develop a close-knit team of Specialist Analysts in the Perth Operations Centre.
  • Develop tools to identify and articulate key system performance and opportunities for system improvement.
  • Required to undertake irregular site travel as required.
  • Experience in analysing large, complex data sets.
  • Ability to utilise various analytical tools.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management, including influencing, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Deep technical understanding and experience in the Iron Ore supply chain (Mine, Rail, Port), planning processes, and asset capacity calculations.

Where You'll Be Working

This role will be offered on 5 days on, 2 days off roster in our Operations Centre based office, near the Perth airport.
