We're seeking a motivated Digital Media Specialist to join our team at OMG Australia. As a key member of our client services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional campaign execution and driving results for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their career in digital media. You'll work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement innovative campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.

As a Media Operations Assistant, your primary focus will be on supporting the day-to-day execution of campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ad creatives, building strategies to align with client goals, and collecting and processing data into actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client services team in delivering high-quality campaign execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, media representatives, and creative agencies
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
