About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 4x4 Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for installing a range of 4x4 accessories, including bull bars, roof racks, tow-bars, light bars, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical skills, with experience in fitting 4x4 vehicle accessories or performing similar tasks. You will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accessory Installation: Utilise your mechanical skills to install a range of 4x4 accessories, ensuring precision and quality workmanship.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure that all accessories are fitted precisely and perform as expected.
  • Workshop Practices: Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • General Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and well-ordered workshop.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Motor Mechanic: Hold a relevant motor qualification or trade certification.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in fitting 4x4 vehicle accessories or performing similar mechanical tasks.
  • Tool Skills: Proficient in using both hand and power tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality workmanship.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
