Director of Student Engagement

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead initiatives that foster student engagement and wellbeing in our educational community.
About the PositionThe incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, focusing on initiatives that enhance educational outcomes for students. This includes delivering targeted teaching and learning support for staff through coaching and professional development, specifically in areas such as trauma-informed practice, Restorative Conversations, ESCMs, and classroom profiling.
- Developing and implementing schoolwide processes for managing learner and behaviour,
- Designing Positive Behaviour for Learning strategies,
- Supporting student leadership programs and mentoring/coaching initiatives,
- Leading curriculum development across pathways,
- Monitoring and supporting priority student groups' engagement.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive positive change.
