Job Title: Dietitian Grade 2 Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at EACH Victoria. As a Dietitian Grade 2, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nutritional assessments and tailored plans to young people registered with our service requiring support with lifestyle changes and healthy food choices.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support holistic care provision through clinical review processes.
- Develop resources for young people and their families related to supporting and managing physical health and wellbeing in the context of mental illness.
- Build partnerships with relevant agencies to support sustainability of the physical health and wellbeing program.
- Evaluate all interventions and service developments.
Requirements:
- Degree level qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Current membership with the Dieticians Association of Australia, including Accredited Practising Dietician status.
- Completion of a Criminal History Check and Employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement of employment.
- Demonstrated experience of practice in community settings.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience of the physical health and nutritional/diet issues for young people who present with first episode and/or at ultra-high risk of psychosis.
