Job Title: Quality Control Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Crime Operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of our investigations into high-risk industries.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned analyst with a strong background in quality control and AML/CTF compliance. You will be responsible for assessing how our policies, procedures, and standards are applied in day-to-day operations and ensuring we meet our obligations under the AML/CTF Act and other compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing investigations into high-risk industries
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of investigations
  • Reviewing policies, procedures, and standards for compliance
  • Working closely with the QC Manager to uphold quality standards across business groups
  • Council for sampling, assurance over work completed by QC Analysts, reporting, forums, control testing, 4 eye checks, and monitoring daily activities of the QC team
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in quality control in FCO, with a focus on AML/CTF compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, TTRs, IFTIs, and fraud investigations is desirable but not necessary
