Job Title: Public Area Attendant

 

  • Working in a luxurious Noosa property, with the beach just across the road, is an incredible opportunity to achieve a perfect work-life balance.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all internal and external public areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the appearance of the property and its grounds are of the highest standard.
  2. Clean and maintain all internal and external public areas to the established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitization, and presentation.
  3. Use specialized chemicals and equipment safely.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to residents as required, including key security, responding to inquiries, and distributing deliveries while maintaining confidentiality.
  5. Attend to the pool, gym, and shared bathrooms, ensuring cleanliness, sanitization, and stock levels.

Requirements:

  1. A fast learner who is comfortable working independently.
  2. Someone who is physically fit and willing to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding guest experience.
  3. Previous experience as a cleaner or attendant in a commercial environment (ideal but not mandatory).
  4. A customer-focused attitude, driven to exceed resident expectations.
  5. Reliability and availability to work overnight during the week, weekends, and public holidays.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
  7. Valid Australian work rights.
