Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and PTT team to create and execute social media campaigns.
- Develop and curate content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Engage with our online communities, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive, interactive environment.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine our content strategy.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Assist in the development of social media campaigns, including brainstorming creative ideas and executing promotional activities.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise content and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels.
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure content is optimised for each platform.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, video editors, and marketing professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all content.
- Experience in Figma (desired).
- An interest in or personal experience in trading, FX or general finance (desired).
- Experience working with PropTech or fintech brands, or in a startup environment (desired).
