Achieve Supply Chain Excellence as a Senior Demand Planner

About the Role

We're seeking an analytical and strategic Senior Demand Planner to join our high-performing team. As a key partner in our supply chain, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate forecasts that drive business growth and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand planning processes to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to drive forecast accuracy and alignment.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform forecasting decisions and drive commercial success.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence business outcomes.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP DP or similar demand planning software.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to interpret market trends and impact on business performance.
  • Team-first mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
