About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our City Operations Parks & Landscape team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Council's city-wide Irrigation Maintenance Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of Council's irrigation network to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement irrigation maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of irrigation systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of commercial irrigation and irrigation maintenance practices.
  • Formal qualifications in Irrigation and a current (unrestricted) MR Driver's licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of irrigation system design and installation.
