Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager - Wollongong Location
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek in Wollongong. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising the opening and closing shift operations of our store, as well as coaching and developing our team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

ZSG is a fast-casual Greek food business serving traditional family recipes with a modern twist. We pride ourselves on using quality produce that is responsibly sourced and prepared with a fresh attitude. Our legendary people bring their energy and enthusiasm to everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of our Wollongong store, including opening and closing shifts.
- Counsel and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve our customer experience.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Restaurant Manager.
