About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Project Coordinator position. The successful candidate will work closely with our project team to ensure seamless administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional support to our project team, ensuring effective office operations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Paperwork and Reporting: Ensure all contractually required paperwork and reporting is completed promptly and accurately.
  • File Management: Maintain and update our file management systems to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
  • Accounts Receivables: Assist in preparing accounts receivables, including all necessary documentation.
  • New Hire Coordination: Coordinate new hire needs, including lodging and vehicle arrangements.
  • Project Information: Prepare project information sheets as needed by the project.
  • Spreadsheets and Tracking: Maintain spreadsheets and assist in tracking material deliveries by project.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Proficiency in data entry skills and the ability to compile data-driven reports.
  • Prioritization and Independence: Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of QuickBooks.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Physical Demands
  • Manual Dexterity: Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
  • Sustained Visual and Mental Applications: Prolonged periods of sitting and standing, sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
