Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Expand your expertise in cloud technology by joining our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centers, designing and maintaining large-scale high-density computing infrastructure. We are seeking skilled individuals with a passion for technology to install, configure, and troubleshoot server, storage, and network devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure racks of hosts according to internal Service-Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Diagnose and repair issues with server, storage, and network devices, including physical replacement of parts
  • Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in data center power & cooling events

A Day in the Life:

You will be involved in:

  • Work schedules that change depending on site needs with 12-hour shifts rotating on a predefined schedule
  • Troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs
  • Triage and resolve trouble tickets for all devices in your region
  • Physical replacement of server and network device parts
  • On-site management of contractors and vendors ensuring adherence to established practices and local legislation
