Risk and Security Leader

Job Title
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this critical leadership role. As the Risk & Security Manager, you will be responsible for directing the risk and security management functions of our retail destination, ensuring the optimal level of security and safety for our team, business partners, and customers.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively plan and deliver priorities from our Safety Framework, providing a safe and secure environment that exceeds customer expectations while promoting safety as an integral part of the customer experience.">
- Manage, report, and respond to hazard identification, incidents, emergencies, near misses, and claims.">
- Oversee safety audits and inspection programs.">
- Ensure compliance with all security and health & safety policies, procedures, and practices.">
- Lead the security team and manage external contract partners.">
- Develop strong relationships with local authorities, WHS regulators, emergency services, and other stakeholders to develop operational and emergency protocols.">
