Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering a world-class customer experience by ensuring the facilities operate securely and without interruption.

Your responsibilities will include managing site logistics, security, general maintenance outside of technical zones, and ensuring the internal and external presentation of the facilities is top-notch.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive people management experience within facilities, property management or operations (ideally within a critical environment).

  • Proven experience with leading teams, including logistics coordination and facility presentation.
  • Exposure to physical security, ensuring proper processes, documentation, and adherence to Health & Safety standards.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and internal management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
