Critical Care Divisional Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Divisional Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency and Critical Care teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to critically ill patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a collaborative team environment
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans for critically ill patients
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Nursing and/or Midwifery Registration with APHRA (Australian Health Practitioners Agency)
- Demonstrates a person and family-centred approach to decision-making and care planning activities
- Ability to work as a team member within a multidisciplinary environment
- Demonstrates an understanding of and the ability to practice within a quality and risk management framework
