About the Role

We are seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of the weather.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.

About You:

  • You will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • You will be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • You will be available to work a variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
