The Role

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will develop and deliver gymnastics programs for participants of various ages and skill levels in a safe and positive environment. You will promote a culture of inclusion and provide a fun and engaging experience for children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with parents and participants to provide feedback and guidance.

Experience in gymnastics coaching is highly regarded, but training is provided for the right candidate. You must be reliable and able to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver gymnastics programs for children
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and respect
  • Provide feedback and guidance to parents and participants
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for participants

Requirements:

  • Coach Accreditation
  • Annually updating Gymnastics accreditation
  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
