Demolition Supervisor Labourer Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the position of Demolition Supervisor and Labourer. This role requires a high level of expertise in demolition work, with the ability to lead teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Participate in the planning and execution of demolition projects
  • - Supervise and coordinate labourers to achieve project objectives
  • - Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • - Collaborate with operations managers to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • - Construction Industry White Card
  • - Demonstrated experience working in labouring and/or construction
  • - Ability to work at a fast pace
  • - Good verbal and written communication skills
  • - Ability to follow directions and problem solve
  • - Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • - Drivers Licence
  • - Must be physically fit
  • - Have working rights in Australia

Mandatory Requirements for Demolition Supervisor:

  • Essential:
  • - A certificate with competencies which meet the requirements under AS 2601-2001: Demolition of Structures
  • - At least 3 years experience in supervising demolition work
  • - Knowledge and experience with obtaining permits, site plans and forming company procedures
  • - Knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act)
